Platform Rules and Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Taddy platform! We have created a tool for traffic exchange between Telegram Mini-Apps (TMAs) and chatbots to help app owners grow their audience. The platform aggregates, collects, and processes data on user interactions with TMAs and chatbots to provide a fair and equivalent exchange system.
By using Taddy , you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2. What Data Do We Collect?
2.1. Traffic Exchange Data:
We collect the following information as part of the traffic exchange:
Views : The number of impressions of advertisements or offers.
Clicks : Clicks on links or buttons within TMAs or chatbots.
Transitions : Data on how users move between TMAs and chatbots.
Launches of TMAs or Chatbots : Information on the number of launches of TMAs or chatbots.
The primary target action that counts for the exchange is the launch of a TMA or chatbot (in the Mandatory Subscription format).
2.2. User Data:
When a user clicks or interacts with a TMA or chatbot, we collect the following data about them:
Source : Where the user came from (e.g., the name of the TMA or chatbot).
Telegram ID : The unique identifier of the user in Telegram.
Date and Time of Launch : When the interaction occurred.
Geolocation : The approximate location of the user (country/region).
Premium Account Status : Information about the Premium status in Telegram.
Operating System : iOS, Android, or Web.
This data helps us determine the value of users for the exchange. Important : Users do not directly interact with the platform. All data is collected automatically through integration with TMAs and chatbots.
2.3. Principle of Equivalence:
Traffic exchange occurs based on the principle of equivalence. The value of users is calculated using the following formula:
Base Value = 1. Coefficients:
Premium (x2): Users with a Premium status in Telegram.
iOS (x1.5): Users of Apple devices.
Tier-1 Countries (x1.5): For example, the USA, Germany, the UK.
Tier-2 Countries (x1.25): For example, Brazil, Turkey, Mexico.

We use the collected data exclusively for the following purposes:
Analytics : To analyze the effectiveness of traffic exchange and improve the platform’s functionality.
Reports : To provide you with statistics on views, clicks, transitions, and launches.
Security : To prevent fraud, spam, and other abuses.
Traffic Exchange : To calculate the value of users and ensure equivalent exchanges.
4. How Do We Protect Your Data?

Starting from the 3rd month, the platform retains 5% of the traffic to maintain system functionality. Example: If a TMA sends users with a total value of 100, it will receive users with a value of 95.
7. Moderation
To ensure quality and compliance with the platform’s rules, all TMAs, chatbots, and ads undergo a multi-stage moderation process. This process includes three main stages:
7.1. Source Moderation
At this stage, we check whether the Telegram Mini-Apps (TMAs) or chatbots comply with the rules of this Policy. We evaluate:
Content : Prohibited content (e.g., spam, fraud, illegal goods or services) is automatically rejected.
Functionality : The TMA or chatbot must work correctly and provide users with a useful experience.
Compliance with Platform Principles : The app must not violate traffic exchange rules, such as artificial clicks or data manipulation.
If the source does not meet our requirements, it will be rejected, and the owner will receive a notification explaining the reasons.
7.2. Integration Moderation
After successful source moderation, we verify the correctness of the integration with the Taddy platform. At this stage, we evaluate:
Correct installation of the SDK.
Accuracy of transmitted data.
API functionality: We check that your app or bot interacts correctly with our system.
If the integration is incorrect, our team will contact you and assist in completing the integration.
7.3. Ad Moderation
At the launch stage of the exchange, we review the creatives and materials you want to use to attract users through the platform. We evaluate:
Content Compliance : Ads must not contain prohibited content (e.g., shocking images, political ads, spam).
Honesty and Transparency : Ads must clearly describe the product or service without misleading users.
Material Quality : Images, texts, and other elements must be professional and meet platform standards.
If the ads do not meet our requirements, they will be rejected, and you will be asked to make changes.

We aim to make the moderation process as fast and efficient as possible:
Weekdays : 4–6 hours per stage.
Weekends : 6–10 hours per stage. Moderation is conducted during working hours: 10:00–20:00 UTC .
